Father's Day is coming. Jane Jetson was trying to figure out what to get for her husband on Father's Day. She didn't want to get him a tie that he would never wear. now, that she thought about it, not many men wear ties these days. What could she get that her husband would like and use many times. She thought about golf clubs, but her husband wasn't a man who play golf much, if at all. Then, Judy walked in.
"Are you still trying to figure out what to get Dad?" asked Judy. Jane looked at her daughter. Maybe it's best to admit the truth.
"I have no idea on what to get him," admitted Jane.
"You and me both. I also have no idea on what to get Dad for Father's Day," admitted Judy.
"We could get your father some flowers," suggested Jane. Judy thought that it's a bad idea. She decided to tell her mother that.
"Come on, Mom. You know that Dad doesn't like flowers. It's a lousy gift for him," reminded Judy. Then, she walked away. Soon, Jane walked into the kitchen. She looked at the push button food server. She knew what to give him for dinner on that day, but she still have no idea on what to get him for a gift. She's going to make him, his favorite foods, just like she did every Father's Day. Then, Elroy and Astro walked into the kitchen.
"Are you trying to figure out what are we going to have for dinner, tonight?" asked Elroy.
"Yeah, Jane," said Astro. While Astro might looked like a grey dog, he could speak a few words of English.
"I have an idea on what we're going to eat for dinner, but I have no idea on what to get your father on Father's Day," said Jane. Both Elroy and Astro looked at Jane. They also have no idea on what to get their father for Father's Day.
"I hate to say this but Astro and I don't have any idea on what to get Dad for Father's Day," admitted Elroy. Father's Day is just 8 days away and none of the family knew what to get George. To be continued.
