A few years ago, Mowgli accidentally triggered the conditioning that Bagheera endured in the king's palace when he was born captive, but the panther did not, could not forgive these careless words spoken in bad mood, in the middle of a struggle, before a fight against Sher-Kane...
On the brink of adulthood, at times Mowgli yearns to return to the Jungle; to visit it often if not to stay. But even since he and Bagheera have grown estranged, it is difficult to tread between hunting grounds...
This was made as a continuation of the books, where Mowgli has found out that he is both aromantic and asexual, and can't completely fit in the villages he met. (There is some adventuring going on off-screen, but this is centered on the characters' mangled friendship.)- Language:
