Warnings: This fic is not cannon nor is it truly AU. It provides a plausible bridge between the television series and the 80's cartoon series with elements of the comics thrown in. David is the one from TV played by Bill Bixby and Rick Jones is the sidekick character from the Cartoon series. I changed the relationships between many characters modified the events of various episodes and referenced one TV episode and two episodes of the cartoon series many may not have seen.
Disclaimer: Stan Lee created the Hulk for Marvel Comics. It was developed into a hit TV show which ran for many many years and played a major part in my childhood. The TV show spawned 3 or 4 decent movies and two cartoon series. I make no money off this. How sad.
