Summary
Fandom: The Authority
Rating: NC-17
Pairing: Apollo/Midnighter
Spoilers: 'Stormwatch: A Finer World', The Authority #14&15
Archive: Only with permission
Webpage: http://www.angelfire.com/sk2/mirrorgirl/warning.html
Feedback: is love (3jane@chickmail.com)
Summary: Apollo on the subject of carnage.
Disclaimer: Peace! Ellis, Hitch, Neary! Wildstorm! Theirs! Story mine!
Sex disclaimer: Never ever have I ever swum out to a sandbar on a steaming August night for the sole purpose of doing it in the cool, welcoming embrace of sand and water.
Notes: I've presumed here that the Stormwatch Surgeon created Apollo and Midnighter's team. I think it's plausible, given the other dirty work he did for Bendix.
I hope people will forgive me if they've actually seen the BBC version of 'Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy.' I'm not old enough to have watched it the first time around, and I can't find a video copy *anywhere*. All the plot material I've used comes from the book, especially the homoerotic elements, which I'm willing to bet the Beeb didn't telegraph when they filmed it. -

Summary
Fandom: The Authority (with ever-more-abstract Batman bits)
Rating: PG-13 for drug use and rampant homosexuality
Sequel: to "Knight After Night"
Pairing: Jack Hawksmoor/Batman, random others
Spoilers: Authority #19 & 20 (yeah, I broke down and bought 'em)
Archive: Only with permission
Webpage: http://www.angelfire.com/sk2/mirrorgirl/warning.html
Feedback: brings mania to my days of bad craziness
(3jane@chickmail.com)
Summary: Batman's back. Jack's psyche is a scary place to be.
Copyright disclaimer: The Authority belongs to Warren Ellis, Bryan Hitch, and DC/Wildstorm. Batman belongs to DC. Not mine. Not not. Not fair.
Sex disclaimer: No sex. Damn it.
Notes: Part of me thinks I'm getting to be a very strange girl. The other part reminds me that no matter how odd I get, I'm still barely shadowing Mark Millar on the bad craziness scale.
Belgians are nice people. Apologies to them.
Apologies also to Batman, who will never want to be my muse again. -

Fandom: The Authority
Rating: NC-17
Pairing: Apollo/Midnighter
Spoilers: Stormwatch #6-8 (original Apollo/Midnighter arc), Jenny Sparks #2
Archive: with permission (ask me and I will answer!)
Webpage: http://www.angelfire.com/sk2/mirrorgirl/warning.html
Feedback: Brings glory and flights of angels! (3jane@chickmail.com)
Summary: In which the Midnighter considers ambient temperature.
Disclaimer: The Authority and Stormwatch belong to Warren Ellis, Bryan Hitch, and DC/Wildstorm, who're cool folks and created great things, and I respect them for that. Which is why I would never claim that any of it belonged to me, or attempt to make money off it. Only the story is mine, and I hope that, in this new atmosphere of trust and love, you will keep it that way.
Sex disclaimer: Hmm, there's a little more here than we've seen the boys doing in-frame (note that rating, please), but ya'll knew they did that. It's what comes after serious smooching in the natural order of relationships. Unless you're one of those marriage-first types, but we'd need to change some laws for that. (Not that the laws don't need changing anyway. Remind your government representative of this whenever you think of it!)
Notes: Takes place in an abstract time period before Authority #1 and #12. Don't trouble me with post-12 canon bits, for they are nothing to me. I'm only just now getting over my disgust with the artwork to the point that I can read #13 and issues following. -

Summary
Fandom: The Authority (with Batman bits)
Rating: PG-13 for gratuitous use of the word "queer"
Pairing: Jack Hawksmoor/Batman (Apollo/Midnighter)
Spoilers: not one
Archive: Only with permission
Webpage: http://www.angelfire.com/sk2/mirrorgirl/warning.html
Feedback: will result in my continuing to produce this sort of thing!
Summary: Jack has a discussion with Batman.
Disclaimer: The Authority belongs to Warren Ellis, Bryan Hitch, and Wildstorm. Batman belongs to DC. I own them not. Only this bit of weirdness can be said to be mine.
Sex disclaimer: No sex. Guys kissin'. Someday I will write sex again, I promise.
Further warning: Batman has weird views. As muses go, he's dead scary. The way he expresses things doesn't quite reflect the way I'd say them myself, but what the hell. -

Fandom: The Authority Rating: R-ish
Pairing: Apollo/Midnighter, (Jenny/Shen), Jenny & the Doctor
Spoilers: Jenny Sparks #1 and #4
Archive: with permission (ask me and I will answer!)
Webpage: http://www.angelfire.com/sk2/mirrorgirl/warning.html
Feedback: Brings me to new and ecstatic heights!
Summary: Jenny spies on people. Because she can.
Disclaimer: The Authority belongs to Warren Ellis, Bryan Hitch and DC/Wildstorm. And I respect them. I'm only having a little fun, and I didn't hurt *anybody*, and I didn't make *any* money off it. I only have this little story to be my own. I'm nice. Be nice to me.
Sex disclaimer: If you actually read Authority, there isn't really anything much here that you haven't seen before. Well, maybe the boys snogging, but you *were* aware they did that, right?
Notes: Jenny's obscene song is "Cocksucker Blues" by Mick Jagger and Keith Richards.
Takes place between The Authority #8 and #9.
