Stress does wonderful (NOT) things to the way my brain functions. Anyway, I dreamt this last night, a meta-filk on the exit strategies for female characters on NCIS.
Comments please.
*/META/**/ FILK... We Kill the Ladies (sung to The sound of Silence)/* Okay, I really need to get a life. However, until that happens I'll probably filk. This is my first foray into META-filking but the current exit strategy for female agents on NCIS has gotten me riled enough to filk it. -

I probably should disclaim all knowledge of the following not just disclaim the fact that I don't own The Sentinel, The Original Carol, or the music it is set to. Others, such as Pet Fly own The Sentinel. I'm just borrowing them for some creative filking and promise to send them home when I am done.

I thought I would post a Christmas song parody I wrote many years ago, and that I was quite proud of despite the corny. We were challenged in our company to come up with alternative lyrics to Christmas songs using something business related for a Christmas newsletter we were putting out. I chose the internet, which was actually still a fairly "new" thing at the time (well, at my company anyway) *laughs* The Netscape and IE 3.0 browsers were the big boys on the block (IE = Internet Explorer). Ah memories.......
I hope you enjoy :^)
