During the Battle of Theed, Qui-Gon Jinn is saved from being killed by Darth Maul...by another Sith.
Not that he knows Tannisen is a Sith Lord. Not that Tannisen plans on teling him, either. Not that Tannisen knows what to do about Qui-Gon Jinn aside from keep him in one piece. For...reasons. Totally normal reasons.
