There are currently two issues with the "Contact Us" information at the bottom of the screen.
First off, the "Technical Support and Feedback", which is what will be used about 99% of the time, is indeed working. However, due to an OTW code issue that requires a CRM (customer relationship management software) plugin for trouble tickets, and SqWA not having a CRM solution, the screen doesn't redraw. Instead, you are presented with a blank screen. But rest assured, if you put in a valid email, then a copy of your ticket is sent to you, and is also sent to me. I'll get back to you when I have a solution for your issue/answer to your question.
Second, the "Report Abuse" button is not working right now, because the software has a hardcoded check to see if the URL you are reporting is on the ArchiveOfOurOwn.org website. Well, since this isnt' AO3, the "Report Abuse" button doesn't work. I'm thinking that I have that fixed, but won't know for sure until after a system restart on Sunday 12/27/20.
